Job summary
A luxury resort in Scotland is looking for a Food and Beverage Assistant to ensure excellent service and guest satisfaction. Responsibilities include serving food and drinks, managing complaints, and maintaining dining areas. Qualifications
- Experience of working in a similar role and/or environment, preferably in a high-end restaurant.
- Previous experience in afternoon tea, breakfast, lunch & dinner service is advantageous.
Responsibilities
- Assist in creating a warm and welcoming environment for our guests.
- Ensure an efficient delivery of all food and beverage orders.
- Handle guest complaints in a friendly manner to maintain satisfaction.
