  • Create a welcoming and guest responsive atmosphere with personalised service having an eye for detail and responding appropriately to guest and leadership feedback.
  • Enjoy collaborating with other departments
  • Have excellent interpersonal skills and able to connect with others
  • Performing doorperson duties when required/scheduled by being the first point of contact for all guests entering the building.
  • Manage requests promptly, helpfully, politely and with a caring attitude
  • Who possess a good command of English and has excellent communication skills
