The pay range for this role will be £33,699 – £39,152 (pro rata for part time colleagues). We’re looking forward to welcoming new colleagues under this refreshed framework of pay, terms, and conditions. To promote fairness and consistency, all new starters will begin at the bottom of the pay band. This reflects our commitment to equity across the organisation and aligns with the approach taken with existing staff during the transition. As Seafront Catering Manager I’ll play a key role in the day-to-day running of our catering service, which includes 24 seasonal sites and 2 permanent cafés as well as a function room. Working closely with the Seafront Catering Manager III, I’ll ensure smooth operations, high standards, and a great customer experience across all outlets. This is a fast-paced, varied role where no two days are the same—perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment.
