Seafront Catering Manager

Location: Bournemouth Seafront | Full-Time |

The pay range for this role will be £33,699 – £39,152 (pro rata for part time colleagues). We’re looking forward to welcoming new colleagues under this refreshed framework of pay, terms, and conditions. About The Role

As Seafront Catering Manager I’ll play a key role in the day-to-day running of our catering service, which includes 24 seasonal sites and 2 permanent cafés as well as a function room. Working closely with the Seafront Catering Manager III, I’ll ensure smooth operations, high standards, and a great customer experience across all outlets. This is a fast-paced, varied role where no two days are the same—perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across all catering sites and our PierView function room.
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety and Food Hygiene standards.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of seasonal staff.
• Deliver excellent customer service and resolve queries professionally.

Essential Skills & Experience
