This role offers flexible working, allowing you to manage your work-life balance while delivering high-value solutions to clients. The ideal candidate will possess strong relationship-building skills, experience in ERP projects, and the ability to guide a team. Benefits include competitive salary, enhanced maternity pay, and access to extensive training resources.
Location: Home-based with travel to client site or Columbus offices as required. Salary: Negotiable (We aim to improve your current package). Bonus: Yes. Holidays: 25 Days, Plus Bank Holidays (Increasing with Service). Medical Insurance: Yes (terms apply) plus additional Health Cashback Plan. Hours: Full time (36.5 hpw). As a Principal Consultant, you’ll take ownership of complex D365 Advanced Warehousing projects, bringing clarity to clients, mentoring your team, and guiding solutions from concept to go-live. You’ll lead scoping sessions, influence design and architecture, and ensure delivery meets the highest standards. You’ll be a trusted advisor, helping our clients optimise their finance operations and realise long-term value. You’ll also play a key role internally: coaching consultants, contributing to best practices, and helping us grow. You’ll work across industries, collaborate with talented colleagues, and have space to shape your career in the direction that excites you, whether that’s thought leadership, solution design, or strategic consulting.
Travel and Hybrid Working: We have an environment that gives you flexibility to achieve work-life balance, whether you want to work from home or at one of our Cubo offices around the UK. On-site time is planned ahead of time, within 2-week blocks, and travel/overnight stays may be required depending on project requirements.
