A leading property technology company is seeking an Executive Support Assistant to provide vital support to the executive team, manage administrative tasks, and coordinate events. This role is primarily remote with occasional travel required to Leeds and other locations. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational and communication skills alongside experience in executive support. The salary for this position ranges from £38,000 to £44,000 annually.

As an Executive Support Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the Executive Support Manager and members of the Executive team. Your responsibilities will span providing day to day executive support to the ExCo (5x board members), support administrative coordination and event management, ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning across teams. This role is predominantly remote / home based but will require flexibility to attend meetings/events in Leeds, Thame (Oxfordshire) and London when required (typically 2-3 days per month).
