Job summary
A higher education institution in Glasgow is seeking a Freelance Swimming Instructor to support their swim programmes on a cover basis. The role offers flexible hours on Mondays and Thursdays during term time with an hourly rate of £15-£22.50, depending on qualifications and experience. Ideal candidates will have relevant certifications and a passion for teaching swimming to adults. Qualifications
- Experience and knowledge of working with adults in a group swimming environment.
- Ability to adapt and have a flexible approach to meet the needs of the service.
- Experience of working with adults with disabilities in a sporting environment.
Responsibilities
- Work within a team to deliver swim sessions to a range of abilities.
- Ensure a safe learning environment is provided for all participants.
- Provide excellent customer service to all members within the programme.
