A leading educational institution is seeking a proactive Accommodation Manager to oversee residential bookings and ensure a smooth experience for students. We’re looking for a proactive and organised individual to take the lead in managing our residential accommodation bookings at the College. Using the ProSolutions system, you’ll ensure smooth coordination of student, staff, curriculum, and commercial bookings, making every stay hassle-free. You’ll oversee move-in and move-out processes, keep records accurate and up to date, and act as the vital link between Estate Operations, Student Services, commercial teams, and Residential Officers. This is a key role in creating a welcoming, safe, and supportive residential experience that meets safeguarding standards, promotes student wellbeing, and drives commercial success. Accommodation Booking Management – Act as the central point for all residential bookings via ProSolutions, ensuring accurate allocations for students, staff, and commercial clients, while meeting safeguarding and accessibility requirements.
Move-In/Move-Out Oversight – Coordinate arrival and departure processes, including room preparation, inspections, key management, and accurate condition reporting.
Operational Coordination – Liaise with Estates teams for cleaning and maintenance, ensuring rooms meet hygiene, safety, and presentation standards, and elevate issues promptly.
Safeguarding & Welfare Support – Work closely with Student Services and the Designated Safeguarding Lead to maintain accurate records and support student wellbeing.
Commercial & Financial Management – Support commercial bookings, invoicing, and service delivery, ensuring charges align with College costing models and financial transparency.
Reporting & Continuous Improvement – Produce occupancy and financial reports, analyse feedback, and identify opportunities for service enhancement.
Team Leadership & Performance – Promote high standards, monitor task completion, provide training, and ensure KPIs and SLAs are met across the team.
Health, Safety & Compliance – Ensure risk assessments are up to date, maintain safety for staff and students, and uphold College policies and procedures.
