We're looking for an organised, solutions-focused Engineering Administrator who can bring energy, accuracy and great people skills to a busy PSV Engineering Department.Hours: 25 hours per week, 07:30 - 12:30 however can be flexible and work 08:00 - 13:00 or 09:00-14:00Salary: £15,886 per annum (£12.22 per hour)**What you’ll be doing*** **Keeping things running smoothly:** You’ll support our payroll process so everyone is paid correctly and on time.* **Helping us stay safe and reliable:** You’ll compile and update defect reports, making sure our engineering teams have the information they need to keep our fleet in top condition.* **Looking after our stock:** From monitoring levels to raising orders, you’ll help keep our inventory accurate and well-managed.* **Being a go-to team member:** You’ll work closely with Engineering Management, supporting with day-to-day tasks and stepping in wherever you’re needed.**What we’re looking for*** Someone organised, confident and comfortable juggling different tasks* Good attention to detail and accuracy* A team player who communicates well and builds positive relationships* Experience in engineering or transport environments is helpful, but not essential[](blob:https://arriva.wd3.myworkdayjobs.com/addd65a1-1160-4743-8840-f2d6781a1eb2)0:00 / 3:05
