Job summary
A healthcare organisation based in Waterlooville is seeking a methodical Service Administrator to support the management team. Responsibilities include handling staff rotas, maintaining clinical records, and producing reports, with a focus on detail and communication. Ideal candidates will have at least 2 years in administration, thrive under pressure, and be keen to contribute to a caring environment. - At least 2 years’ experience in an administrative role.
- Experience producing data for management reports.
- Experience in the healthcare sector is desirable.
Responsibilities
- Managing staff rotas to ensure appropriate cover.
- Preparing care files for new residents.
- Maintaining and archiving clinical records.
- Producing KPI and management reports.
- Ordering clinical supplies as required.
- Supporting HR with sickness meetings and supervision records.
- Liaising with external health professionals and internal teams.
- Providing minute-taking support during clinical reviews.
