Senior Demand Planner - Top 2 Grocery

Location: North Scarle and 2 days a week in Top 2 Grocery Head office, London area.

What You’ll Do
Own the Top 2 Grocery Customer Relationship
  • Build a trusted partnership with the Senior National Account Manager
  • Support commercial plans through reporting, promotions and customer admin
  • Keep product, promo and systems data accurate and aligned
  • Track and analyse sales, service levels, distribution and promo performance
  • Create compelling customer presentations, reviews and insights
Deliver Supply Chain Excellence
  • Act as the main link between Noble and Top 2 Grocery customer Supply Chain teams
  • Deliver brilliant basics: daily, weekly and fortnightly service updates
  • Manage inflight shortages, recovery plans and system amendments
  • Ensure right-first-time communication with total data accuracy
Make Promotions & Seasons Land Perfectly
  • Own promotional execution from setup to delivery
  • Test orders and collaborate cross‑functionally to guarantee success
  • Lead seasonal events (Pancake Day, Easter, Christmas) end‑to‑end
  • Monitor volumes, risks and mitigations to protect availability
Drive Improvement
  • Lead supply chain improvement projects with measurable results
  • Support innovation, rebrands and product changes
  • Visit stores to spot opportunities and raise performance
