Job summary

A leading wind energy services provider in Northern Ireland is seeking a Resource & Capacity Planning Manager to oversee project planning and coordination. This role involves developing and maintaining a rolling delivery programme, forecasting resource needs, and ensuring effective scheduling across projects. Candidates should have a minimum of 3 years' experience in resource planning or project management and strong analytical skills. The position requires excellent Excel skills and the ability to work cross-functionally.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in resource planning, workforce planning, or project management role.
  • Strong understanding of engineering projects.
  • Strong analytical and forecasting skills.
  • Strong Excel skills, and familiarity with Project Management tools.
  • Confident working cross-functionally with Operations, Projects, Health & Safety.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain, and communicate a comprehensive rolling programme for all active and upcoming projects.
  • Forecast labour, tooling, subcontractor, and material requirements for all planned activities.
  • Prepare and maintain delivery risk registers and mitigation plans.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for planning and scheduling between internal teams.
  • Provide regular progress updates, reports, and dashboards for senior management and customers.
