Job summary
A leading fitness company in the UK is seeking individuals to engage members and ensure a world-class experience at the gym. Responsibilities include conducting engaging inductions, group exercise classes, and tours for prospective members, while maintaining cleanliness and safety standards. Ideal candidates will be Level 3 qualified Personal Trainers with a passion for fitness and a dedication to excellent member service, joining a dynamic and community-focused team.
Responsibilities
- Engage with members to ensure a world-class experience.
- Deliver member tours aligned with brand standards.
- Conduct group exercise classes and inductions.
- Support prospective member onboarding as needed.
- Conduct club standards checks and ensure cleanliness.
- Maintain safety and compliance with health standards.
