Join a dynamic team as a Billing Customer Service Advisor, where you'll handle a variety of billing queries from customers. From taking payments and updating account details to explaining bills and resolving more complex queries, you'll play a key role in ensuring customers receive the best possible service.
- Starting salary: £25,869, with a clear progression path up to £30,640

- Successful candidates must be available for a 5‑week induction training programme (Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm) from the start date.
