You’ll join an established and skilled team, supporting either the Civil Engineering division or the Build division. Your responsibilities will include:
- Liaising with tender teams to demonstrate logistics and establish optimum build sequences
- Preparing tender programmes with supporting graphics and pricing associated preliminaries
- Attending meetings and tender interviews, contributing to presentations
- Conducting regular site visits to monitor progress and produce accurate assessments
- Assessing programme impacts of variations and changes
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Proficient in Asta Powerproject, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Industry qualification (ONC/HNC, BEng, NVQ or equivalent experience)
- Demonstrated construction knowledge and planning experience across multiple projects
- Ideally located within reasonable travel distance of Northampton
