The Role – Planner

You’ll join an established and skilled team, supporting either the Civil Engineering division or the Build division. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Liaising with tender teams to demonstrate logistics and establish optimum build sequences
  • Preparing tender programmes with supporting graphics and pricing associated preliminaries
  • Attending meetings and tender interviews, contributing to presentations
  • Conducting regular site visits to monitor progress and produce accurate assessments
  • Assessing programme impacts of variations and changes
The Right Person
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Proficient in Asta Powerproject, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Industry qualification (ONC/HNC, BEng, NVQ or equivalent experience)
  • Demonstrated construction knowledge and planning experience across multiple projects
  • Ideally located within reasonable travel distance of Northampton
