* High School Diploma* Experience in a similar administrative role preferred.* Previous claims or captive experience would be advantageous.* Knowledge of the reinsurance or insurance industry an asset.* Must be a motivated individual, able to work on his/her own initiative, produce accurate work, and meet strict deadlines.* Must be able to produce reports and documentation.* Ability to communicate at all levels of the organization.* Strong communication (both written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.* A strong knowledge of Windows-based applications such as Word, Excel, Outlook.* Previous experience with AS400 an advantage
