We are positioned on virtually every aircraft flying today, supplying highly reliable systems that are supportable and add significant value for our customers.**Senior Programme Manager**This position will be responsible for multiple component production and development programmes. The Senior Programme Manager is responsible for the overall programme management process and execution performance (quality, schedule & efficiency) by managing resources, budgets and assets. The Senior Programme Manager advises management and the customer of current status and potential problem areas on a regular basis and takes appropriate corrective actions as required.**Responsibilities*** Ensure compliance with contract requirements through coordination and management of all programme activities.* Ensure we communicate and coordinate effectively with the customers to ensure delivery and performance.* Manage work transfers in accordance to the customer’s expectations.* Achieve programme/project objectives through effective application of programme management principles within the confines of scope schedule and budget defined by the programme/project sponsor.* Sustain and expand the organisations book of business through the leadership and/or support of proposal teams and business capture campaigns.* Ensure proper coordination between all programme elements by developing programme plans and schedules and ensure compliance with programme plans by monitoring the status of cost, schedule and task completion.* Achieve timely resolution of outstanding issues through the conductance of effective day-to-day communications with the customer, Moog management, and Moog functional organisations.* Optimise the programme/project likelihood of success through the appropriate application of the following processes: Project Planning; Project Monitoring and Control; Organisation Management; Change Management; and Risk Management.**Basic Qualifications*** Bachelor’s degree in engineering or business* Minimum 3+ years of Programme Management experience* Minimum 7+ years of professional work experience (including programme management experience)* Proven Leadership Experience, excellent listening and persuasive skills* Demonstrated team collaboration skills, emotional intelligence, and a strong sense of customer orientation.* Experience managing multiple programmes.* Experience in reporting and managing production programme line of balance to customer.* Experience working with operations, supply chain and engineering.* Experience leading proposal development and negotiating contracts.* Experience managing a development programme schedule, cost and risk.* Excellent communication and presentation skills* Ability to present programme information to customers and other groups of people; ability to navigate high pressure situations.* Ability to lead, organise, and influence people through outstanding communication and facilitation skills.**What We Offer*** Flexible benefits package and development opportunities to support career progression* 33 days annual leave (including bank holidays)* Private medical insurance, mental health support and financial advice* Generous life assurance and company pension contribution (from 6%)* Employee share options, free onsite parking, EV charging and gym facilitiesWe review applications on an ongoing basis, and the job posting will be closed once a suitable candidate is selected.
