A leading property risk management firm in Kettering is seeking a Compliance Co‑ordinator to develop compliance programs and ensure alignment with legislative and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will possess strong judgement skills and excellent attention to detail. Responsibilities include preparing compliance reports and maintaining policies to prevent illegal conduct. This role offers a chance to contribute to a reputed firm known for its commitment to compliance and ethical practices.

We are the trusted partner for a variety of stakeholders ranging from high street mortgage lenders and building society’s to national landlords and equity release brands.
Every 12 seconds, one of our 600 RICS accredited surveyors completes a property inspection from Land’s End to John O’Groats and across Northern Ireland.
Reporting to the Head of Enterprise Risk, you will support with co‑ordinating activities with relevant stakeholders to ensure compliance is met.
The successful candidate will be a forward thinker with strong judgement skills and have excellent attention to detail. You will have the ability to resolve identified gaps in compliance frameworks and deal with differences in compliance recommendations.
