Our platform combines regulated human lawyers collaborating alongside the world’s first AI lawyer, specifically built for consumer legal work. As a Senior Product Manager at Lawhive, you will be the driving force behind our product strategy and execution across our platform and AI products. Working closely with the leadership team, you’ll shape the product vision, define priorities, and translate company strategy into a clear roadmap that delivers meaningful value to users. You’ll help own the product development lifecycle end-to-end, running customer interviews, feedback reviews, prioritisation workshops, and retrospectives, ensuring we are always learning from our users and moving quickly in the right direction. This is a hands‑on, high‑impact role where you’ll have significant ownership and influence; the work you do will directly shape the future of our AI products and how thousands of users experience Lawhive.

• Working with leadership team on product strategy, vision, priorities and roadmap across the entire business
• Coordinating the definition, creation and release of new features and products
• Owning the product management process end-to-end
• Running regular product meetings: customer interviews, feedback synthesis, prioritisation workshops, product launches, retrospectives, etc.
• Creating and maintaining processes for continuous customer feedback and discovery and speaking to users regularly
• Managing multiple roadmaps across our platform, AI products and websites
• Ensuring our products evolve quickly with the best learning and iteration practices
• Using data and product analytics tools to communicate and inform product decisions
• Improving the NPS score of our products
