Responsibilities
- Support and assist in the delivery of professional nursing care.

To support and assist in the delivery of professional nursing care to patients within the stroke unit (Bletchingley/Hazelhood), ensuring the highest possible standards of care are received by patients while on the unit.
You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team, including Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists, Speech and Language Therapists, to provide comprehensive care to patients with Stroke associated symptoms.
- Support and assist in the delivery of professional nursing care to patients within the stroke unit.
- Ensure the highest possible standards of care are received by patients while on the unit.
- Work closely with a multidisciplinary team including Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists, Speech and Language Therapists.
