A leading healthcare provider in the United Kingdom seeks a dedicated professional to support nursing care within the stroke unit. Responsibilities include assisting in delivering high-quality care to patients and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team for effective patient support. To support and assist in the delivery of professional nursing care to patients within the stroke unit (Bletchingley/Hazelhood), ensuring the highest possible standards of care are received by patients while on the unit.
You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team, including Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists, Speech and Language Therapists, to provide comprehensive care to patients with Stroke associated symptoms.
