Job description
Overview

To support and assist in the delivery of professional nursing care to patients within the stroke unit (Bletchingley/Hazelhood), ensuring the highest possible standards of care are received by patients while on the unit.

Team Collaboration

You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team, including Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists, Speech and Language Therapists, to provide comprehensive care to patients with Stroke associated symptoms.

Responsibilities
  • Support and assist in the delivery of professional nursing care to patients within the stroke unit.
  • Ensure the highest possible standards of care are received by patients while on the unit.
  • Work closely with a multidisciplinary team including Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists, Speech and Language Therapists.
