Care and Compliance Manager

Requirements: To be considered, you must hold an NVQ/QCF Level 4 in Health and Social Care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing support and guidance to care staff to ensure effective care planning and delivery.
- Leading, managing, and developing the staff team under the supervision of the Registered Manager.
- Using the company's Care Quality Monitoring Tools to address Care and Safeguarding of Adults concerns.
- Taking overall responsibility for the home in the absence of the General Manager.
Preferred Skills and Experience:
- Experience managing staff in a care home or similar setting.
- Knowledge of MCA and DOLS.
- High level of care knowledge.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Understanding of person-centered care.
- At least 2 years of experience working in a dementia unit or home.
