A leading waste management company is searching for a Shift Electrical Technician to ensure efficient plant operations. You'll perform preventive and reactive maintenance, focusing on minimizing downtime. A strong commitment to health and safety is essential. Ideal candidates will have NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Engineering and experience in electrical maintenance. The hours of work are 4 days on 4 days off, 2 days 2 nights, 12 hr shifts.
£52,200 per annum
As an Electrical Technician, you’ll be part of a skilled maintenance team working alongside other Electrical and Mechanical Technicians to keep our plant running safely and efficiently. You’ll be responsible for carrying out both preventative and reactive maintenance, with a strong focus on reducing operational downtime. Health and safety will be at the heart of everything you do, and you’ll play a key role in ensuring all work meets required standards. You’ll take direction from the Engineering Supervisor and respond to the site’s operational engineering needs with professionalism and urgency.
