We continue to provide industry-leading coastal modelling and engineering solutions right through the project lifecycle, with value added through client-side support as well as construction phases. If being a part of a team with a passion for this industry is for you then we would love to talk to you.## Your role* Own and direct teams who undertake technical design work following relevant design standards and codes, and to high-quality levels.* Defining briefs, scopes of work, and input into bid proposals.* Successfully manage time and budgets to key project milestones and programmes.* Work closely with teams in the UK and overseas to deliver integrated design solutions.* Setting quality assurance standards in design.* Grow, develop and manage coastal engineering capability within the practice.## About you* Chartered Civil Engineer.* Experience in owning design delivery, including multidisciplinary design.* Comprehensive and in-depth knowledge of coastal engineering analysis and design in the UK and overseas.* The ability to work with our clients around the world to develop solutions that meet their requirements.* Promoting technical excellence, best practice, sustainability, net zero and digital innovation.* Mentoring and developing junior staff.## Reward & benefitsExplore the rewards and benefits that help you thrive – at every stage of your life and your career.
