Job summary
A premium beauty and fragrance company in the UK is seeking a results-oriented individual to lead brand development. This role requires a strong background in brand management or ecommerce, particularly within the fragrance and beauty sectors. The ideal candidate will work collaboratively within a small team, driving growth and innovation while managing multiple projects. Key responsibilities include executing marketing plans, presenting analysis, and overseeing product development, particularly for Amazon. Strong communication skills and commercial acumen are essential.
Qualifications
- Experience in brand/product management or ecommerce, preferably in beauty/fragrance.
- Excellent juggling of multiple projects with strong communication skills.
- Data-driven approach with commercial focus.
Responsibilities
- Create and execute annual marketing plans and budgets.
- Build relationships with agencies for marketing campaigns.
- Present performance reports to senior management.
- Manage NPD projects from concept to launch.
- Lead profitability optimization across the brand portfolio.
- Oversee Amazon business and ecommerce development.

- Manage NPD projects from concept to launch, working closely with third-party suppliers and global teams on NPD opportunities
- Lead cost negotiations and profitability optimisation across the brand portfolio
- Oversee the Amazon business and ecommerce platform development
- Experience in a brand/product management, or ecommerce (Amazon/D2C) role, with beauty/fragrance experience a strong advantage
- Skilled at juggling multiple projects with excellent communication and presentation skills
- Commercial acumen with profit focus and data-driven approach
- A self-motivated team player, comfortable with travel
