This is your opportunity to make a real impact by creating reliability and transparency in compliance management while supporting sustainability and safety improvements.You’ll be the backbone of our compliance processes, keeping everything organised and on track. From maintaining accurate records and updating compliance trackers to coordinating audits and monitoring performance against KPIs, you’ll make sure our site operates safely and efficiently. You’ll also support environmental compliance activities, help plan HSE campaigns, and assist with contractor control and documentation. Every day, you’ll be contributing to a culture of safety and sustainability. Your key responsibilities will include:* Maintaining and updating compliance trackers, records and schedules to ensure ongoing site compliance* Coordinating and preparing internal and external audits, including scheduling, documentation and evidence collation* Monitoring HSE and facilities performance against KPIs to support continuous improvement* Supporting environmental compliance activities in line with ISO14001 and collecting accurate data for waste, energy, water and emissions* Assisting with document control to ensure all HSE and Facilities documentation is current and accurate* Supporting incident reporting and investigation processes, including maintaining logs and corrective action trackersSuccess in this role means being highly organised, detail-oriented and proactive. You’ll need to be confident in managing multiple tasks and communicating effectively across teams.
