Job summary

The ideal candidate will work collaboratively within a small team, driving growth and innovation while managing multiple projects. Key responsibilities include executing marketing plans, presenting analysis, and overseeing product development, particularly for Amazon. Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and execute annual marketing plans and budgets
  • Build relationships with agencies for creative, digital and PR campaigns
  • Present analysis, range reviews and performance reports to senior management
  • Manage NPD projects from concept to launch, working closely with third-party suppliers and global teams on NPD opportunities
  • Lead cost negotiations and profitability optimisation across the brand portfolio
  • Oversee the Amazon business and ecommerce platform development
Candidate Requirements:
  • Experience in a brand/product management, or ecommerce (Amazon/D2C) role, with beauty/fragrance experience a strong advantage
  • Skilled at juggling multiple projects with excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Commercial acumen with profit focus and data-driven approach
  • A self-motivated team player, comfortable with travel
