Job summary
A leading facilities management company located in Torquay is seeking a qualified Electrician with experience in Facilities Management. You will be responsible for undertaking planned and reactive maintenance tasks, ensuring compliance, and monitoring contractors' performance. The ideal candidate should have relevant certifications, a full clean driving licence, and be able to perform basic IT tasks. Qualifications
- Qualified Electrician with appropriate certifications.
- Experience in Facilities Management preferred.
- Full clean driving licence.
Responsibilities
- Undertake PPM and reactive works through the helpdesk.
- Complete service sheets and update compliance logbooks.
- Provide callout response as per the rota.
- Monitor contractor performance and workmanship.
- Ensure proper servicing and maintenance of equipment.
- Comply with Health & Safety legislation.
