Qualifications

• BSc or equivalent in electrical or renewable engineering.
• Experience in solar PV design and renewables industry.
• Knowledge of electrical design software like AutoCAD.

Responsibilities

• Perform general electrical design for solar farms and energy storage projects.
• Ensure engineering designs are completed on time.
• Provide technical guidance to resolve project challenges.
• Support construction in the project realization phase.

Skills

Solar PV Design

Experience in renewables industry

Knowledge of international and UK electrical standards

Good knowledge of AutoCAD

Knowledge of simulation software including PVSyst

Understanding of CDM 2015 regulations

Experience of G99 applications

Good knowledge of electrical design software

Familiarity with utility-scale PV project development

Education

BSc, BEng or equivalent in electrical or renewable engineering

HNC/HND or equivalent minimum
