Key Responsibilities
- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and inclusive Science lessons.
- Contribute to the development of schemes of work, resources, and departmental strategy.
- Track pupil progress, set clear targets, and implement effective interventions where needed.
- Promote high standards of behaviour for learning and uphold school behaviour policies.
- Communicate effectively with pupils, parents, and colleagues.
- Take part in whole-school events such as Open Evenings and Parents’ Evenings.
- Engage actively in professional development and contribute to ongoing school improvement.
- Support pupils with guidance on options, future pathways, and progression.
