A leading residential care provider in Highworth is seeking a Night Social Care Worker to provide essential personal care to residents with learning disabilities and autism. The role involves assisting in daily activities, medication administration, and maintaining care plans. Successful candidates will receive comprehensive in-house training and can benefit from various perks, including holiday entitlement and training opportunities. Hours: 40
Salary: £12.25 to £12.25 Hour
The role consists of shift work and weekends on a rota basis. Do you need more flexibility? Sandsground is a large bungalow-style property on the outskirts of the rural village of Highworth, four miles north east of Swindon, providing 24-hour residential care for five men and women, primarily middle-aged, with severe learning disabilities, autistic spectrum conditions and associated complex needs. A heated summer house in the garden is used for arts and crafts and other organised activities, as well as being a great place to relax. The home has easy access to a regular public bus service, but also has its own transport for local travel and leisure and recreational pursuits, including swimming and country walks.
