That’s why we make sure our Tesco colleague benefits package takes care of you – both in and out of work. to find out more!* Annual bonus scheme of up to 20% of base salary* Holiday starting at 25 days plus a personal day (plus Bank holidays)* Private medical insurance* 26 weeks maternity and adoption leave (after 1 years’ service) at full pay, followed by 13 weeks of Statutory Maternity Pay or Statutory Adoption Pay, we also offer 6 weeks fully paid paternity leave* Free 24/7 virtual GP service, Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) for you and your family, free access to a range of experts to support your mental wellbeingYou will be responsible forData Integration and Transformation: Implement the ETL/ELTs to move data between the raw, trusted, and curated data layers of data lake supporting various real time and batch cyber use case.Data Modelling: Implement the logical and physical data model for the cyber data products to support threat detection, incident response and reporting.Coding and Documentations: Contribute to raising the quality bar of the team's codebase by producing high-quality code and documentation of data pipelines, data models and their quality metrics.Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate and communicate effectively with stakeholders and members of the data team and actively participate in monitoring and improving the data quality of the cyber data products.You will needYou will have a strong passion for bigdata, data modelling, data quality and ETLsAs you have gained more experience in your field you will have a proficiency in SQL and programming languages like PythonIt would be great if you can demonstrate a working knowledge of ETL and ELT frameworks, data modelling and orchestration tools like Airflow and dbtYou will have worked with with cloud data platforms e.g. Databricks on Azure which will be accompanied by a good understanding of data lakes and data warehouses conceptsYou will have good practical understanding of version control systems such as Git plus experience working with BI tools like TableauYou will have good knowledge of cybersecurity principles and practicesOur vision at Tesco is to become every customer's favourite way to shop, whether they are at home or out on the move.
