You will work closely with the Lettings Area Director to cultivate a high-performing, collaborative, and positive culture. You will be accountable for delivering strong financial and performance results through effective leadership, engagement, and operational excellence.

- Coaching, developing, and managing all employees to maximize performance at every level.
- Oversee all branch operations in your area, shape clear career paths, and manage the P&L to drive financial success.
- Maximize employee engagement through proactive recruitment, reduce attrition, and support long-term retention.
- Monitor and report on area performance against key financial and operational targets.
- Provide additional support and direction to branches when needed, ensuring consistent performance standards.
- Drive significant market share growth through proactive processes and by identifying new business opportunities.
