We are seeking an enthusiastic, proactive, and driven Area Director to lead our Surrey sales offices.

About the Role

As an Area Director, you will lead, inspire and support our branches and colleagues across the region. You will work closely with the Lettings Area Director to cultivate a high-performing, collaborative, and positive culture. You will be accountable for delivering strong financial and performance results through effective leadership, engagement, and operational excellence.

Responsibilities
  • Act as a brand ambassador, lead by example, and coach your teams to be among the best in the industry.
  • Champion the company vision and ensure your teams understand and work towards our strategic goals.
  • Coaching, developing, and managing all employees to maximize performance at every level.
  • Oversee all branch operations in your area, shape clear career paths, and manage the P&L to drive financial success.
  • Maximize employee engagement through proactive recruitment, reduce attrition, and support long-term retention.
  • Monitor and report on area performance against key financial and operational targets.
  • Provide additional support and direction to branches when needed, ensuring consistent performance standards.
  • Drive significant market share growth through proactive processes and by identifying new business opportunities.
