Job summary
A leading technology firm in Greater London is seeking a Programmatic Account Manager to support its expanding EMEA client base. This role involves acting as the primary contact for clients, leading onboarding and training, reviewing campaign briefs, and providing technical support. The ideal candidate has 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in customer success or account management, preferably in the ad tech industry. Strong analytical skills and a proactive, solution-oriented approach are essential. Competitive compensation offered.
Qualifications
- 2 to 4 years of experience in customer success or account management.
- Experience with DSPs and SSPs for campaign setup and monitoring.
- Strong communication skills and a proactive approach.
Responsibilities
- Act as primary contact for EMEA clients, building strategic relationships.
- Lead onboarding and ongoing training on the target platform.
- Review campaign briefs and recommend targeting strategies.
- Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues.
- Analyze client data to identify opportunities for growth.
