We’re looking for a dynamic, commercially driven General Manager to lead our Central London operation, overseeing a high‑performing Soft FM contract in a fast‑paced hospital environment.

As General Manager, you will own the end‑to‑end Soft FM operation—covering cleaning, catering, portering, security, car park, and retail services. You’ll ensure flawless service delivery, operational excellence, and strong financial performance across a busy Central London hospital.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operational Leadership: Drive outstanding performance across all Soft FM services, ensuring safety, hygiene, and patient satisfaction are always top priorities.

• Commercial & Financial Management: Lead budgets and forecasts, optimise costs, and uncover opportunities for revenue growth and efficiency.

• Contract Excellence: Ensure all services meet contractual SLAs and KPIs, working closely with NHS partners and stakeholders.

• People Leadership: Inspire, develop, and lead a team of 60+ colleagues, including senior managers, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.

• Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong, trusted relationships with hospital leadership, clients, and suppliers.

• Continuous Improvement: Champion innovation, sustainability, and service enhancements that set new benchmarks in healthcare FM.

You’re a confident, results‑focused leader with a strong commercial mindset and proven experience in Soft FM, ideally within healthcare. You thrive under pressure, love building high‑performing teams, and consistently deliver results.

You will bring:
