Job summary
A leading events management company in East Midlands is seeking a Commercial Operations Manager to oversee the planning and delivery of various events, including residential and day camps. This role requires strong leadership skills, proven experience in managing commercial operations, and the ability to adapt to flexible working hours, including evenings and weekends. The ideal candidate will ensure exceptional experiences for participants while maintaining high operational standards throughout the year.

Responsibilities
- Lead the planning and delivery of Enterprise events.
- Manage staffing, logistics, and compliance for events.
- Ensure high standards across all camps and events.
Reporting to: Commercial Manager
Contract Type: Permanent, Full Time.
Hours of work: 40 hours per week, however, due to the nature of the role you will need to be flexible in your hours of work to suit operational needs. This will include some evening and weekend work.
Salary: Up to £35,000 per annum depending on experience.

You’ll ensure an exceptional experience for every participant by managing staffing, logistics, and compliance to keep operations smooth and safe. The role also supports wider commercial and school events, providing high-quality operational oversight. This is a key position in maintaining outstanding standards across all camps and events throughout the year.
