  • Build your skills in delivery and project coordination, vendor management, customer success and governance.

Are you ready to play a key role in delivering innovative digital initiatives that make a real impact? The Digital Technology Solutions (DTS) team is looking for several enthusiastic Service Delivery Coordinators to support a range of initiatives and services that advance excellence in education, research, and community engagement at the University.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys bringing structure to complexity, working across diverse teams, and enabling successful business outcomes from planning through to delivery.

The role

We are recruiting for multiple Service Delivery Coordinator positions to support a range of initiatives and delivery streams across DTS. These roles will contribute to the planning, coordination, and delivery of initiatives and services across Capability Areas. You will work across diverse delivery, project, change and adoption methodologies ensuring initiatives stay on track, on budget, deliver business outcomes and remain aligned to business goals.

These positions are hands‑on, varied, and collaborative—ideal for those who thrive in a dynamic digital environment and enjoy working across multiple teams and projects.

What you’ll do:

  • Contribute to planning and coordinating digital initiatives and services across a Capability Area, including schedules, budgets, risk tracking, and progress reporting.
  • Work collaboratively with project teams, stakeholders, and vendors, supporting decision‑making, communication, and best‑practice contract management.
  • Support delivery across the full initiative lifecycle from ideation to go‑live, maintain accurate documentation, and ensure compliance with IT standards and processes.
  • Assist with project closure, vendor engagement activities, and other duties as required to enable successful initiative outcomes.
  • Coordinate and support delivery activities across multiple projects and service areas, adapting to changing priorities and delivery needs.
These full-time positions are fixed term for up to 2 years and located onsite at Callaghan Campus.
About you

You will bring a structured and organised approach to planning and delivery, along with the ability to build strong relationships and collaborate effectively with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders. You’ll have a genuine interest in digital project and services, technology governance, and continuous improvement, supported by strong communication skills, initiative, and a commitment to achieving high‑quality outcomes.
