Head of Engineering – London Area, UK

About The Job

My client is looking for a seasoned and forward-thinking Head of Engineering to oversee all engineering functions at their pharmaceutical manufacturing site. This role is key to ensuring the optimal performance of plant utilities, equipment, and facilities, while maintaining full compliance with cGMP, regulatory, and health & safety requirements.

The ideal candidate will lead capital project execution, maintenance_white , continuous improvement efforts, while effectively managing cross-functional teams and insuf feasible UES ??? external partners to support safe, efficient, and sustainable manufacturing予 operations.

In addition to the technical responsibilities, this role offers the opportunity to shape long-term engineering strategy, influence senior stakeholders, and play a critical part in building a culture of innovation and excellence within a growing organization.
