We have 2 positions available

Avanti Fields School, an all-through school, is seeking to appoint two Primary Class Teachers who are committed to nurturing academic excellence and personal growth in every child.

The successful candidates will play a key role in shaping engaging, inclusive learning experiences while fostering positive relationships with pupils, families and colleagues.

What will you do?

• Take responsibility for the learning, progress and achievement of all pupils, ensuring high expectations, inclusion and equality of opportunity.
• Plan and deliver a well-sequenced curriculum that meets the needs of all learners, using effective assessment, feedback and data to secure strong outcomes.
• Create a safe, respectful and purposeful learning environment that promotes positive behaviour, wellbeing and safeguarding at all times.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents/carers, the Avanti Schools Trust and external partners to support pupils’ academic and personal development.
• Uphold the school’s ethos and statutory responsibilities while contributing positively to the wider life, culture and continuous improvement of the school.

What are we looking for?

• Qualified to bachelor's degree level in a relevant or allied subject
• QTS qualified
• Clear vision and understanding of how to implement and sustain a high‑quality teaching and learning culture
• Excellent organisational skills and the ability to delegate
• Excellent skills in the use and application of technology
• Commitment to the safeguarding and welfare of all students
