Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in engineering and leadership roles.
• Ability to manage a team effectively and ensure high levels of productivity.
• Strong understanding of engineering principles and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and mentor a team of engineers, ensuring effective operations.
• Oversee daily engineering works and prioritize tasks based on urgency.
• Lead Root Cause Analysis sessions and implement preventive measures.

Skills

Apprentice trained engineer within engineering/manufacturing environment

C&G/NVQ3 in engineering discipline

Experience with supervising and developing a multi-discipline engineering team

Experience in lean manufacturing and root cause analysis techniques

Sound analytical skills

Effective communication skills both verbal and written

Good interpersonal skills, able to evaluate and pass on knowledge

Ability to read and understand safety information, technical manuals and data

Education

C&G/NVQ3 in engineering discipline
