Early Careers: Security Systems Analyst – We are looking to hire a Security Systems Analyst to join our Global Physical Security team, as part of our People Safety and Security Services function.
This graduate-level Security Systems Analyst role sits at the intersection of technology, security and operations. You will support the administration, development and maintenance of Aon’s enterprise physical security systems across the NA and Latam Regions, working with a wide range of stakeholders and gaining valuable project and systems experience.
As part of the team, you will help empower results for our internal and external clients by delivering core services as part of our People Safety and Security Services (PSSS) function within Aon Service Corporation. The team is looking for a motivated early‑career professional, ideally someone who has recently completed their college or university studies and is eager to build expertise in the field of security systems. The successful candidate will bring a strong academic foundation, a willingness to learn, and the potential to grow into a subject matter expert and future leader in a similar role.

Pay Transparency Laws: The salary range for this position (intended for U.S. applicants) is $61,000 - $78,000 annually. The actual salary will vary based on education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary may also be adjusted based on geographic location.
