In this role, you'll be key to ensuring the safety and security of our client’s premises. Here's what you can expect:

• Professional Duties: Safeguarding the business park by managing access points, conducting foot patrols, and responding to incidents or emergencies quickly and effectively.
• Communication: Interacting with staff, visitors, and clients, always maintaining a professional and approachable demeanour.
• Incident Response: Handling safety issues, suspicious activity, or emergencies with a calm, efficient approach.
• Security Systems: Operating security equipment, monitoring surveillance footage, and ensuring the overall functionality of the security infrastructure.

What We’re Looking For :

To thrive in this role, you'll need:

• A valid SIA license.
• At least 1 year of relevant security experience.
• Strong communication skills and a professional approach to customer service.
• A keen eye for detail and the ability to remain vigilant.
• Tech-savvy with the ability to operate security systems and emergency equipment.
• The ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
