Qualifications

• Must have experience in paving, tarmacing, fencing, bricklaying, and drainage works.
• Ability to work using own initiative and demonstrate decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all work meets high-quality standards and legislative levels.
• Provide timely communication on operational issues to the Technical Services Team Leader.
• Conduct planning for project activities to ensure timely delivery.

Skills

Experience in building/groundwork environment

Knowledge of Health and Safety procedures

Excellent communication skills

Ability to work independently

Education

City & Guilds or NVQ level 2/3 in building trade

Tools

Plant machinery licences (Genie, cherry picker, digger)
