Job summary
A prominent company in home and property services is seeking a Part-Exchange Co-ordinator to join their West Midlands Sales Team. The successful candidate will provide administrative support, manage communication with legal and real estate professionals, and ensure efficient processing of part-exchange sales. Applicants should possess excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of Microsoft Office. Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A good understanding of Microsoft Package, including Excel, Word, PDF and Outlook.
- Ability to prioritise a busy workload.
Responsibilities
- Dealing with phone enquiries from potential and current customers.
- Managing communication with the Persimmon Legal department, Estate Agents, Solicitors and Mortgage Brokers.
- Completing weekly part-exchange and sales reports.
