A family-run care provider is seeking a Property Maintenance Person to join their friendly team at their Fordingbridge care home. You will be responsible for maintaining the property, requiring basic plumbing, electrical, decorating, and carpentry skills. Additionally, you'll manage the garden area, ensuring it meets high standards. A competitive salary between £12.21 and £15 per hour is offered based on experience. The ideal candidate should be reliable, caring, and have good communication skills.
