An esteemed social work agency in East Riding of Yorkshire is seeking an experienced Team Manager to lead the Leaving Care Team. This ongoing locum role involves providing strategic leadership and support for Personal Advisers and social workers, enhancing outcomes for care leavers aged 16–25.
