  • Weekly 1-2-1 meetings with team members.
  • Completing weekly reporting across operations and commercial targets.
  • Employee relations including probation management, disciplinary and grievance management.
  • Staff Rostering/Annual Leave management.
  • Ad Hoc duties as required.

We are seeking a talented Clinic Manager for our Brand New St Albans Clinic to lead and inspire a team, drive sales, and ensure top-tier client experiences. Key Responsibilities
  • Proven experience in operations with a focus on driving sales.
