You’re accomplished in technical pricing and with experience of directly managing, coaching or mentoring junior colleagues- team leadership is a key part of this role and you’ll be eager to develop in this area. You’re comfortable challenging yourself and others to achieve higher levels of quality and output to gain greater results.
