A public Italian-American restaurant is located on the ground floor, complete with alfresco front terrace, elegant wrap around bar counter and a glazed conservatory in the rear. Celeste’s second floor offers members an open kitchen-style pantry, serving Japanese dishes from the traditional robata, alongside delectable sushi and sashimi. Tucked beneath the eaves, on Celeste’s third floor, ‘The Apartment’ is an ideal spot for a private hosted occasion, with rustic beams, reclaimed wooden floors and the spirit of an artist’s studio.

As a Floor Manager, you’ll take responsibility for daily service and the guest journey on your section. From briefings and table management to supporting the wider front-of-house team, you’ll ensure service runs smoothly and exceeds expectations.

• 1–2 years’ experience in a supervisory or floor management role
• Excellent knowledge of premium service standards
• Confident leading a team on the floor and managing guest flow
• Experience supporting with rota planning and floor operations

The on target earning potential for this role is £52,065 / per annum - comprising a base salary of £33,930, plus a qualified estimate of £18,135 in gratuities and service charge.*
